Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Ansivo LLC ("Ansivo," "we," "us") and the business that signs up for our service ("client," "you"). By signing a service agreement or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Ansivo LLC provides an AI phone answering service for businesses. The service answers inbound calls, captures caller details such as name, callback number, address, and job type, books appointments where configured, and notifies the client of new leads. Depending on the plan, it may also include website chat, SMS answering, lead follow-up, and review requests.
The service works alongside the client's existing business phone number, typically through call forwarding configured by the client.
Term and Cancellation
Service is month to month, cancel with 30 days notice. Notice may be sent by email to blaise@ansivoai.com. Fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded on cancellation unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may likewise end the service with 30 days notice, or immediately in the case of non-payment or misuse.
SMS Notifications and Consent
SMS notifications are part of the service; clients consent to receive them at the number they provide. These are transactional messages that deliver leads, flag urgent calls, and carry account or service notices.

- Message frequency varies with call volume, typically 5 to 30 messages per month.
By providing a mobile number, you confirm that you are authorized to receive messages at that number and that anyone else you add has agreed to receive them. Opting out stops SMS delivery of leads to that number; because notifications are central to the service, contact us so we can arrange another way to deliver them.

Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for configuring and maintaining call forwarding from your business line, keeping your notification numbers and account details current, providing accurate information about your business and services, and responding to the leads we deliver. You are responsible for your own compliance with laws that apply to your business, including how you contact the customers whose information we pass along.
Fees and Payment
Fees, setup charges, and any usage-based amounts are set out in your service agreement. Recurring fees are billed in advance for each monthly period. Fees not paid when due may result in suspension of the service.
Call Recording
The service may record and transcribe calls to capture lead details and to maintain quality. You are responsible for any disclosure or consent your jurisdiction requires of your business regarding recorded calls.
Limitation of Liability
Ansivo is not liable for calls missed due to carrier outages, forwarding disabled by the client, or third-party service issues. The service depends on telephone carriers, internet connectivity, and third-party platforms that we do not control, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ansivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost revenue. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Ansivo in the three months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
Confidentiality and Data
Caller information captured by the service belongs to the client business. We use it only to provide the service and handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above, and material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Hawaii, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
